Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- This warranty card will be valid for the sale of all Dn Store showroom products from May 2023 and is applicable to all home appliance products until further amended.
- The warranty will be activated or availed only by submitting this warranty card.
- Warranty Period: This warranty shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts/products as specified on the card. The warranty period shall commence from the date of shipment and shall automatically expire on the expiry of the warranty period. Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Further, the transit time for repair/replacement and under warranty shall not be counted as an extended warranty beyond the original warranty period.
Below is a table of how our warranty is calculated.
- Dn Store will not carry any parts other than what is included in the product box or with the product. If any consumables, parts, pipes of any kind, accessories, additional copper pipes, or electrical wiring are required during installation or any parts other than the product are required, the same shall be chargeable to the customer. Such as AC installation, fridge installation, stove installation, kitchen hood installation, washing machine installation, dishwasher installation, water filter installation, and TV installation including all fitting products. In case of consumables supplied by the Customer, appropriate charges for such installation shall apply.
- Replacement Warranty: Customer is entitled to replacement of TV with the new TV in case of panel defect within 6 months from date of purchase. All parts other than the panel such as the mainboard, speaker, remote, etc. will be repaired and replaced out of warranty coverage. Except for replacement warranty coverage, any product may be replaced with the new product only if declared non-repairable by the Dn Store Service Department.
- Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any delay in service due to reasons beyond the control of DN Store or its authorized showrooms or service centers. The Company and its authorized service centers shall not be liable for any personal damage to the Customer due to defective products. DN Store or its authorized showroom or service center shall only be responsible for the replacement/repair of defective products as per warranty policy.
- Cost Coverage: The company may offer repair/replacement/labor/transportation free/gas charge free if deemed necessary by the company for special reasons within the comprehensive warranty period. During the extended warranty on certain parts, the customer will receive free support for those specific parts only. All parts shall be replaced by functional/operating/equivalent components, which may necessarily differ from original fittings with brand-new ones. None of these warranties cover import duties, central or sales taxes, and other local taxes or duties on components/parts.
- Service Validity: The warranty is invalid in the following events:
- If the product is installed/serviced/repaired/opened or tampered with by any unauthorized personnel/technician.
- Defects due to accident, alteration, spillage, abuse, neglect, domestic, intentional, replacement of original material with fake/non-genuine material, insects/rats, flood, earthquake, lightning, and/or any other act of nature/natural calamity. The product is not warranted according to the instructions given. Defects caused by improper careless use shall be determined by the purchaser.
- Defects arising from the following are not covered under warranty – improper ventilation, improper voltage, use of external components, physical damage, and electrical damage due to physical impact.
- Defects caused by exposure to moisture/damp/extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid change in such conditions/corrosion/oxidation/deterioration of food/liquids/influence of chemical substances.
- If the customer name, address, serial no., date of purchase, Model & dealer seal & signature is not available clearly.
- The warranty card is limited to the 1st purchaser of the product only, it is non-transferable. Change of location or change of ownership during the warranty period must be notified in writing to the Company’s email address- [email protected]. Or come directly to the showroom to find out.
- Free Installation: Customers will get the free installation service only on those products from DN Store where the free fitting is mentioned. Can’t get it without it.
- Charges of service: On-site assistance, repair, and parts are subject to change without prior notice and based on the present market situation or cost of the purchase of parts from the local market.
- All service requests must be registered via Dn Store Ltd:

- The call center will be open daily from 10 am to 9 pm including public holidays and weekends.
- The customer will provide a detailed description of the problem faced. The service personnel will call back and try to troubleshoot over the phone by following a certain checklist. If unresolved, the service personnel will narrate certain prerequisites which, on fulfillment by the customer, will result in delivering the goods to our service center or on-site visit. It is totally the company’s discretion to resolve issues at the site of the customer or at the authorized service center.
- A service ticket number will be given to the customer for all follow-up appointments and tasks against the service request. The customer can cancel the appointment scheduled 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled time without incurring any additional fees. It should be noted that onsite service is based on First Come First Service. Once an appointment is canceled, the new date and time will be re-fixed depending on the work queue. On availability of Service Personnel, the customer enjoys the privilege of making an appointment, anytime between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – Saturday to Thursday, except for Government holidays, subject to fulfillment of the pre-requisites.
- Dn Store Limited reserves the right to charge the customer fees for services not covered by the standard warranty These charges may change over time and include but are not limited to:
- Standard re-installation and transfer. Re-installation and transfer fees apply.
- Appointment rescheduling if the customer is not available during the scheduled time. Re-appointment for no-show charges will be applicable.
- The service cancellation charge will be applicable for products that are not under warranty.
Supplier is responsible for providing service or support, provided that the product is purchased from dn store Ltd with an authorized sales logo. Warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice and the customer is bound to accept the changes Before requesting any service, the customer is advised to check for any changes to the terms and conditions and all service charges.
Dn Store Ltd authorities may amend and change any of the said rules for the satisfaction of the customer.
