How to place an order on "DN STORE"?
Choose your product. Click add to cart. Then go to checkout page and give your necessary information. Finally click the place an order button
How do I cancel my order?
If your order is under pre-shipped status and your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.
- Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down
- Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button
Fill out the cancellation request form
- Choose the item(s) you need to cancel
- Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy
- Select your cancellation reason
- Click on“Submit”.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you may be able to return your product
How can I track my order?
We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under“My Order”option.
